He's with someone, but unsure about his feelings

I really like this guy, and would like to try a relationship with him. He knows how I feel, and he says he feels the same way. I believe him. The only thing is, he has a girlfriend. They have been on a very rocky road in their relationship lately, but he's unsure whether to end it or not. She keeps hinting she wants to end it, but won't do the deed herself. I really don't know how to act around him, how to talk to him, etc. What can I do?

Wait for him to end it. In the meantime just be yourself when you're around him. If he truly wants to have a relationship with you then he'll end his other one. Do not allow him to treat you as a girlfriend while he still has a relationship with the other girl. You don't deserve that and neither does she. Good luck.
