friendship or more than friends

Visitor's Question from a 41-50 year old Male
I asked my friend "Q" if she would like to take a trip with
me on a cruise. I am a jazz bassist and she said "I am open
to that".I will be performing all the week,but will have some down time.I think the signs i.e.lip kisses,rubbing my
back in public places ect,are signs of her "being open to" moving forward with our friendship,which I am very open to as well.My concern is that i am not sure.would like a womans opinion if possible.
