she is acting differently

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
well me and my girlfriend are dating for the second time and this has lasted so far 4 months. Altogether we have dated close to 8 months. It has been fantastic till about 2 weeks ago. She has been acting differently. She seems to be distancing herself from me in many ways. We still talk most nights but not every night. Everytime i ask her if something is wrong, she gets mad. She told her friend and church that it was annoying that i kept on asking if something was wrong, she said that she would tell me if something was wrong. Obviously something is up. Prom is saturday and she doesnt want to go, but of course we are going. I dont know if this is a breakup coming or she just wants her space or if she is dealing with personal issues. Also we have a band trip to Boston next week, and im afraid she is gonna push me away for her friends. Im not sure how i am supposed to deal with all of this when i cant even talk to her about it without making her mad. What is going on and what should I do.

RomanceClass.com Advice
People have moods. You can't expect them to always be the same.

It sounds like your girlfriend is going through something and doesn't want to talk about it. A good thing to do is to stop questioning her and hope she returns to normal.

When she is ready, she will bring up what is troubling her and then you will know. Remain normal and loving with her and that will help.

Good luck! George
