Girl Jealousy

There is this one girl who I really like. We use to say hi to each other a few years ago but we stopped talking to each other recently. Now every time I see her, she is either talking to, laughing with, hugging, or texting another guy. It has gotten to the point where I dont want to ask her out and I try to not let her see or talk to me. I am jealous about her freindship/relationship with other guys and now I dont want to talk to her or let her see me at all. If she tries to talk, notice, or come near me, I usually just walk away and act as if I hate her and never knew her. However, I still like her but my jealousy is making me isolate myself to never see her.

Here's a problem you better take care of soon. Nip this jealousy in the bud or it will start to grow into your personality. Then you will be miserable for years or even forever. Don't let jealousy get the best of you.
This is a really good opportunity for you to practice on a fairly simple case. Work very hard to put aside those jealous feelings and start saying hi to her again. She apparently wants to talk with you so be brave. Good emotions are like muscles...the more you use them the stronger you get. Now is the time for a good work out.
