I have this guy that i like (which is my old neighbor) he and his mom told me he likes me, he watches me and flirts with me and just say hi. in school he talks to other girls and just watch me and add a smile on his face but i just like to know why he does that in school but when he is out of school he don't act like that. i really need your help with this.

Is he just doing that to make me jealous or something. He even yelled my name one day when he was standing with a friend and then he walk by me and hit his arm on my arm but i don't now why he is doing this.

so please help me try to get him!!!!!!!
