What do i do if my so say ex flirts with my friend?

It's very, very normal for exs to hook up with friends, for you to hook up with the friends of your ex, etc. You all like the same things, you have the same friends, you hang out in the same crowd. It's one of those normal parts of life.
Does it bother you that your ex likes your friend? He's your ex, right, so he should be a past part of your life? If you're still worried about what your ex is up to, you might not really be over him. I'd make sure you spent some time on yourself, doing things you love, going places you enjoy, and having fun, to really get him out of your system. You might find that after you get yourself into a place that you're happy (and maybe dating someone new!) that you don't mind having your ex around at all.
