Dating someone has nothing to do with popularity or looks - regardless of what MTV tries to tell you! TONS of popular people date non-popular people, whites date blacks, greys date reds, you name it. People date people they LIKE. Rich people date poor people. Educated people date uneducated people. I see it every day. So you need to stop casting yourself as "different than her" - because if YOU act as if she shouldn't date you, she won't.

and the key is to have her get to know you. She won't date someone she doesn't know. But if she knows you and likes you, she'll want to spend time with you. It's human nature.
