theres this guy at work which i noticed when he said hi to me and used my name and i had never seen him before. now we always say hello and he smiles at me whenever we make eye contact (thats all the time) he told me my hair looked nice when i coloured it.
i just want to know if he likes me or he is just friendly. i really like him, please help, what should i do??

He's definitely flirting with you, and people don't flirt with people they hate. So flirt back! Start being friends with him. If he does want to date you, he'll ask you out after you've been friends for a while. So first you have to work on the friendship part. I have flirting tips here -
