need my ex in my life i messed up

hi i just split from my gf of 4 years all we did was argue over silly things.I have been thinking she was cheating but deep down i know she didnt,she told me on friday she was going to her friends for an hour then home i rang her house and her brother said she was out for the night.I rang her and she said she changed her plans at the last minute so i went to the place she was in and watched her for a half an hour,she was talking to some guy her hands was on his face which i thought there was something going on.She seen me and walked out and said it was her FRIEND i went out after her and as you can guess all hell broke loose,im sorry i went to the club she was in now she has told me its over not to contact her again.Shes my life i want her back i love her so much.How do i get her back without any more trouble being caused?Her family thinks im a nutcase for what i did and looking at it there probaly right.She means the world to me

Perhaps it's different in Britain, but here in the US, a woman touching a guy's face is more than friendship. Putting hands on his hands is a stretch but not impossible. I think I've seen old British movies where the woman put her hand on a male friends face. Maybe it's ok.
Anyway, the whole thing sounds suspicious to me. Did she pre-plan it and then lie to you about what she was going to do? Sounds to me like she is tiring of you and is looking around...even if he is a friend.
Now having said all that, there is the possibility that it was all innocent. If you believe that, you could contact her and tell her you want her back and that you understand what she did and why she reacted that way. It may be time for you to ask her to marry.
