I'm confused..advice please?

It's sorta a long story,to make it short,at the beginning of last school year I was like in lovee with his best friend,but that guy always ignore me,but at the beginning of second semester,we somehow started arguing [I didn't notice him AT ALL last semester because I was too obsessed with his best friend] with each other,and in March I realized I "might" like him.And he does sometimes seems like he likes me,like how he always starts an argument or always targets me whenever we play dodgeball,there was even once he put his hand on top of mines [I'm pretty sure he noticed my hand was right there..].But since a lot of girls likes him and he seems..well,like a player,I really don't know if he likes me or not.
