why he doesn't approach me

I like this guy in my university i do think he is the type of guy i would like to marry he is as educated as myself and no much difference age i am 35 he is 36. I really want to get married very soon and have kids as i am getting older. This guy noticed me last year and was lookong at me and even tried one day to come to a girl he knew who sat next to me in cafe at uni and talked to her and asked me if he can borrow my pen.From that day he has been looking at me and i've looked at him to show him i am interested. But this just goes on and we will both finish uni after 6 weeks and i also have to travel for a month so i don't have much time.He attends only twice a week and is in different course so i only see him at the resturant in university. What should i do? i stay long hours at cafe in uni just to see him and he looks at me all the time when he is talking to his friends and we just then leave. Is he scared to come and talk to me. what should i do there is no much time left. Please help

You are 35 and should be able to fend for yourself.

Go up to him and ask him out. It's that simple. Go to a movie or dinner or something. You are never going to make solid contact the way things are going now.
