HES OLDER THAN ME BY FAR

hes older than me im 15 hes like late 20s early 30s.
hes works where i go. i really like him, but im not sure if he likes me as much as i like him. i mean theres just a look in his eyes when he looks at me or when he smiles that strongly suggests that he does. hes older than me and i like him so much i dont want him goin to jail or anything, what should i do? should i get to know him more/ talk to him more?
