Jealous of my boyfriend being around the mother of his children

I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for two years. He has three children by another woman and I am extemely jealous of their relationship.I am so frustrated at myself because the situation bothers me. I am 25 years old and should understand that he has to see her in order to see his kids.I need help dealing with my jealousy.It bothers me if I know he is going to see her and it drives me crazy. I know he loves me but I hate that he has to be around her. What can I do to get over the fact that he has to see her from time to time.I'm tired of being jealous and worrying about his relationship with her. I don't feel that he is cheating on me I just hate the fact that he has to be around her.

This is something you are obviously going to have to get over. You can't have a good relationship with him while you are so jealous.

You are right that he has to see her but you need to have a strong sense of self-esteem and trust too.
