Dear roamance class,
I have this friend that I ride the bus with, we have a really good friendship but he confuses me. he's constantly flirting with me and touching me and I'm the only person on the bus he'll sit with. People always think we're dating and we like each other, but sadly this hasn't happened yet. He has a girlfriend that he recently started going out with, he never touches her. the only time they touch is when they are holding hands. He's not as affectionate with her as he is with me. One of our mutual friends said it is pretty obvious that we like each other and they don't know what he's doing with this other girl. Does he like me or doesn't he?

Continue to flirt with him and see what develops. Perhaps this thing with the other girl is a short-term relationship. Once he sees that she isn't as much fun as you he will probably leave her.
