This girl's perfect but I still don't know what to do.
Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
Okay...so there's this girl that I met about 8 months ago. At first, some of our friends tried to hook us up, but since I had a girlfriend at the time, I wasn't really interested. She got back with her boyfriend and is still with him, but now that I know her, I've pretty much found that she is basically the girl of my dreams. However, since I leave on a two-year mission for my church pretty soon and she has a boyfriend, I decided not to tell her. But she pretty much figured out that I like her because I'm kinda obvious about it. One day, she randomly told me that just because she has a boyfriend doesn't mean I haven't been thought about. She said that because she knows I'm leaving soon, she thinks its best that were friends for now. I think that its best too, but on the other hand I still really like her. I asked her if she wanted to hang out with me sometime but just as friends and she said and just to call her. But now I'm too nervous to pick up the phone because I don't want to mess up with her. She's just too perfect....any advice for now or the future?

She likes you and hanging out as friends is the perfect way to build up a relationship that might be still be viable once you return fromm your mission.
If nothing else, you will have the pleasure of her company and have fond memories and more expertise in interacting with "perfect" women :)
