I know this girl for three years know..I remember having a crush on her when i first met her but it disappeared. During senior year i saw her with her prom date and i got jealous. I felt as though he was challenging me and so i talked it over with my friend and he placed a bet with me. The bet was that i would make her my girl before the summer ended. I agreed because i really didn't see a problem, i didn't like her and i didnt care if i hurt her. She has alot of guy friends so i thought it would be a walk in the park. We went out a couple of times and we talked, the thing is, i came to realize that she wasnt like every other girl and the last thing i would want to do is hurt her. I always denied myself having feelings for her, little did i know that i was just lying to myself.
i think she's never seen me as someone she would go out with. I took her out to eat and we had a good time. then while i took her home i told her about the bet i made and how sorry i was. She laughed it off but i could tell she was mad. Then she asked if there was more and i said i think im developing feeling for you. Then she said she was shocked to hear this and really needed time. Im giving her time but if she tells me that we can only be friends i don't know if i would be able to be just friends. What should i do in case she says tells me this?

Friends isn't a bad thing to be.
You can then ask her to hang out as a friend or go to the movies as friends. After enough time together she may fall for you.
Just put in the time and effort and see how things go.
She may still have doubts about the bet you made.
