what does this mean

What does this mean... I have gotten to know this guy over the past 6 months. At first he was very friendly, flirtly, and inviting me over to his house to hang out.. watch movies or do fun stuff together every weekend. This past month he has not asked me to do anything with him and when i ask he says no. I feel that he does not want to spend time with me anymore - he has not directly said that. We still talk and he shares personal information or what he has been up to. Any ideas?
