Sorry I forgot to add some last minute details. Ok lets get straight to the point. I know the girl likes me. I hang out with her friends. She seems to enjoy my company. she likes getting my attention when I try to talk to the others. There's another male in the group that doesn't really act like a male more like a female. However I don't want to offend her or her friends by asking her out. Long story short, I don't know if it's the right time. She told me she's going on vacation. The male is dating her best friend. We're good friends socially but I don't want to jump in too quick. I don't know if it's safe or not. She does make an effort to talk to me and I think persoanally we should talk to each other more.
