we are friends and all but... does think more?

we are friends and we hug and hang out all the time. and he always makes me laugh and smile, but i'm wondering if he likes me more. usually we will hug eachother a lot and put our arms around each other. but it's hard to tell, i havent known him for that long but it feels like we've been friends forever. i'm also wondering if i ask him out, he's gonna be off to highskool in less than a month, is it worth it?

Who knows, he may stay in contact with you while he is in high school.
