alright i was retarded

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
this i girl i knew a while back really liked me
i knew that and she is gorgeous too but me being retarded
ignored it cause i though i wasn't ready. but later on my friend kept on asking her out and she said no, but me being retarded again told her friend that he is a great guy and they should go out, and they did. they went out for like 2 months and broke up and now its 2 months since they broke up.
but for some reason i can't stop thinking abt her.
and i haven't properly talked to her for like 5 months.
wht should i do and how do i approach this situation.
(i am pretty sure my friend won't mind, as they were really prude, so prude that they haven't even KISSED!!)

Become friends and start hugging regularly. Compliment her and tell her how pretty she is and how nice she dresses and what great hair she has.

Share thoughts and feelings and be honest and treat her with respect.

Ask her if there are any dances coming up because you would like to take her.

Give her plenty of attention and she will grow to care for you again.
