Is she too young?

We haven't been on an "official" date yet, but we have been on several "unofficial" dates. We both have strong feelings for each other and want to start going out soon. The only problem is that I am 15 and will be 16 in a few months and she is only 13. I realize that we both are young, but the younger you are the more age differences can cause problems. I didn't know how young she was until our second "unofficial" date, she acts as mature as someone my age and she is only a few inches shorter than I am, and I'm 6 ft tall! Is it wrong to date someone so young? I'm also worried about what both our parents will think.

There is nothing wrong with dating so young if you keep it simple.

You could be arrested for having sex with a 13 years old... so don't do it.

The parents will probably be against dating, but you won't know until you ask or tell them. That would be a good thing to do before you become too attached to each other.
