Liking a Younger guy & does he like me?

Ok I have two issues. Obviously, I have no idea if this guy likes me or not, but that's not the main problem. The deal is . . .i'm nineteen and he is fifteen. Now before anyone thinks I'm some kinda pervert, I don't intend on having sex with him or anything. Personally, I don't even care about that right now. Another thing is, he is absolutely the MOST mature guy I have ever met . . .even more mature than guys my own age. Plus, we have everything in common, from Music to Church to a love for theater, and several small things even, that would take forever to explain! So basically, do you think it's acceptable to date a 15 yr old?

Also, I just cannot figure him out! He talks to me ALL the time on the computer, but in person, if we talk, he acts soooo nervous . . . and he blushes . . but then again, so do I! And his parents, who just met me about one month ago, take EVERY excuse to talk to me. His mom hugs me EVERY time she sees me, and talks to me about everything she can think of. Him and his mom remember the littlest details about me that I may have told them about two weeks before. I don't know if this explains enough, but can you think of any possible way to pursue this? Should I back off, or is there something subtle I can do to know if he likes me or not? We are both so shy, so I don't know what to do!!

Your age difference should not be a problem.

However I must differ with your opinion that he is mature. You say that you have a lot in common yet he is very nervous when you talk. Part of maturity is the ability to carry on a normal conversation.

You don't know him well enough yet to determine whether he likes you. Obviously he likes you enough to have contacts with you, but you will need to wait to find out how much he cares. Especially since you are both so shy.

You are lucky that his mother likes you so much... that will make things easier.
