Weird things happened recently.

Ok I finally had the nerve to email my ex from a year ago, telling her i have nothing against her and i have moved on. She sends me an instant message today. Sounded like she was trying to get me emotional again about what shes done, but i held my ground. shes currently engaged to a guy she said shed never date. she seemed disappointed in me not getting emotional, and she did what she did when we were together, which is saying the last word. she also wants to see my mom this weekend to chat and show her the ring. Weird eh? anyways, I tend to overthink things, as in she wants me back in her life someway or its just closure. Need some help here which way should i go?

Don't pay a lot of attention to what she says. The fact that she is going to show your mother the ring makes it even more likely that she is still attached to her fiance.
