I don't know how to get close to her...

I really have feelings for this girl but she already has a boyfriend. We only know each other through the phone. Everytime I try to talk to her I just come out with a silly remark. I tried getting help from her older sis but I still couldn't talk to her. I need help pleeeeeeaaaaaaaasssssssseeeeeeeeee!!!
