Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
she might like me, im not sure. i want to ask her out but i dont know when or where. i have her for P.E. in 4th period. she is new and barely moved to my school like 2 weeks ago. i talked to her a little bit in P.E. but all i know is the she is a freshman and the school she use to go to, i dont even know her name. when and where should i ask her out?

Here's the advice I gave you the last time you asked this question:

You probably should get to know her a little better before asking her out.
But since you want to get right to it, walk up, look her in the eyes, say in a clear voice "Hi" plus her name, and give her a big smile. When she says hi back say "I wonder if you would like to go out with me."
If she say that she doesn't know you very well tell her "well we should get to know each other better then." Ask for her email, etc. so you can contact her. Have something ready to write on.

Now what is different this time is you don't know her name so when you say hi to her say "My name is xxxx, what is your's" And the place to ask her is in PE class.
