ok here it goes ive been crushing on this boy for a while now. me and him arent the close but were not enemy's either. u no were not afraid to say what im trying to say. t seems every since i been talkin to this other boy howver hes been treating me differentlike hes been tryin to make other girls laugh and u knon he'll hell be talkin about going to the movies wiht his friends and stuff and u know stuff that really pisses me off. I dont know if ive done it to him first though, u see i used to sit next to laugh with and touch on this guy and he would look at me evilly like like he was mad a tme.but i wasn just returning on how he was treating me. he stil ocntinues to make me mad and jealous at him and continues to showoff! how can i stop thinkin about him

Try substitution. That means whenever he pops up in your mind, switch the thought to something else you like such as going to the beach or playing with friends or pets. Pretty soon your mind will automatically switch when the thought of him comes to your mind.
