Do I reveal my feelings?
Visitor's Question from a 41-50 year old Male
I can't believe this is happening to me. I am a 42 year old single male, never married because I have been looking for my soul mate for all these years. Turns out that I have fallen hard for someone who is 20 years old! Our souls collide whenever we see each other & I can't stop thinking about her!! We have never dated, but have had some very close conversations. I found out last month she is/was dating someone else & got pregnant. She never told me about him over the 7 months she was seeing him. We were both pretty devastated about the news & I've been keeping my distance for the past month, yet see her at her work once a week just to see how things are going, but the conversations are short since she's a cashier. When we meet, her body language says she's still interested in me. The irony here is that the day I was going to ask her for a bite to eat & tell her how I felt, I got this news. I have NEVER, EVER felt like this towards someone! I've been holding these feelings back & I have NEVER been an emotional person until now! Any advice would be helpful considering I am the one who is always giving good advice to others. Thank you!

Is she still pregnant and going to have the baby? Is she still seeing this other man?
Whatever the case, my advice is to ask her out and tell her how you feel. Her circumstances may permit a relationship or maybe not. Find out.
