I have been having this problem
every day in school there is a girl in my classroom that keep looking at me everytime but the problem is that i'm scared to look back because i don't want her to know that i like her.
I always hide my feeling about her either i see her in class or in the hallway. I want to know what to do

You're shy so here's how to get over it.

Whenever you see her in the hallway or class, look her straight in the eyes (you've got to do it!), then in a strong voice say "Hi" plus her name and give her a big smile. This should take about 3 seconds to do. That isn't very much to ask of yourself is it? Practice in front of the mirror until you feel comfortable saying it without stumbling over your tongue.

Once she starts to reply, you can add "How are you doing?" to your conversation. She will probably say "fine" and you would answer "great!"

It's about that simple.
