too shy to talk to her

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
I've loved this girl for about three years now and can't find the courage to talk to her. My friend trys to drag me into a situation where I can talk to her, but I just chicken out. At the end of the day I feel depressed that I didn't do it, but its the same story the next day. I know that I'm supposed to just be brave and everything, but I just can't. HELP!!!!!

Go one step at a time.

Start off by just saying hi. But do it right. Look her straight in her eyes, say in a clear voice "Hi" plus her name, and give her a big smile. Keep doing this and she will probably start talking to you.

If she doesn't eventually you will feel confident enough to talk with her.

Give it a try, it will probably work.
