Long Distance Trust Issues and Jealousy

Ive been with my boyfriend for 7 years now and this upcoming winter were expecting to have a baby. This is his last year in college and I'm here at home during my pregnancy. The thing is that our relationship started off healthy, since we were high school sweethearts, but ever since he's been away at college I've found numerous times that he's cheated on me. Now with him being away I find it hard to trust him, especially because he is known in this small town as one of the best baseball players...That attracts many girls, and not to mention his friends all have many flings with girls in the town. I always find myself questioning his love for me and I'm always jealous when he wants to go out, which is ALL THE TIME. Not to mention he loves to party hard and drink all the time. I don't know what to do. Do I trust him or leave him?

He likes to party and drink and is attractive to women.

Talk with him and see if he is willing to change his ways. If he's not willing to stop then dump him.
