What was happening?

I have a girlfriend. I like her. We have great understanding between us. Few days ago i show my internal feelings to her. She told me that u r my bestfriend only. After few days I read her diary. She wrote that she refused me b'coz she loves her family. She cant undertand the situation. She compares me as a nice guy. She cry. Now a days I meet her just friendly. She always show me happy face when I was near her but sometimes she react like to live alone. Is this love or she is confuse? Please tell me.
