i need help with this girl

hi i really really like this girl everything about her is great. im 16 now and about 2 years ago we went out but only for 2 weeks.the reason for breaking up was because we never tried to make it work. i have really strong feelings for her and the other day i told her i love her and that if we went out again i would do anything to make it happen and work. she told me that she loves me as a friend and isnt looking for a relationship at the moment. so how do i get her to feel the same way about me and convince her go out with me . thanx ~xxxxx~

Send her flowers, give her chocolate, ask her out for dinner "as friends" or on a walk, to a concert, on a picnic, or hang out. See how she feels about starting off as friends.

If she is still hesitant, then acknowledge that she is not interested in you.
