his last words before he went into the operation room

It was my first year after leaving highschool and my boyfriend and I got on really well. After awhile I heard my friends that he was cheating on me, so I asked him. He said he was and still loves me. After that I dumped him, I didn't want to see him again. My friends advised me that no man was worth crying over. It still didn't heal my broken heart.
A year later I was still in misery, so my friend gave me a web site to find a boyfriend. This guy and I got talking. Then we met up, to my surprise it was that same guy that cheated on me! We ended up getting and had kids. But it didn't end there,we were both 26 when my husband was diagnosed with cancer. He didn't make it. I went through depression. One of my friends helped me all through it, now I'm a single mum with 2 beautiful kids and are enjoying life. I still remember my husband and cry about him every now and then but before he died we were talking in hospital and said to me "If I die before you, don't cry over me, rejoice as I have no pain and neither should you." That was one of his last words before he went into the operation room and I have never forgotten them.
