You have just gone through the most dramatic, depressing ordeal in you life. Heartache isnt at all like stubbing your toe or skinning your knee. Its a pain that isnt easily mended and cant be fixed with a band-aid. Once you have been with someone for so long, you tend to loose a piece of yourself because that other person has filled a void and has caused you to feel comfortable and complete. Now that that space is vacant, you have to fill it with something else. Take some time to focus on you....take some time to focus on yourself. Going to the gym will not only occupy your mind, but will enable you to build a confidence. It will dramatically reduce stress, and will cause you to turn heads, all at the same time. Its perfectly fine to grieve, but it can be dangerous to dwell.
