I Want a Real Relationship

We often have visitors write in with solutions to each others' problems. Here is a visitor's solution to one of our visitor's questions.

Original Visitor's Question from a 13-20 year old Female
I'm only 16 years old, and most of the past relations that i had with boys were just for temporary pleasure. Recently i have noticed that i want more. When i made my wants and intentions clear to the last boy he stopped talking to me. Does saying that you want a relationship scare boys away? Is having a realationship something that you just have to "feel" your way into or can you state your wants up front to avoid hurt feeling later on?

There is this guy that i like now, and i was wondering what your advice would be- i do like him, but i'm interested in a relationship only, should i just wait it out or make it clear? I'm tired of GAMES!

Be friends

Be friends and get to know each other. It;s okay to flurt. But know what you are doing and don't give him the wrong inpresion about u. Let him know if you are going to be in a relationship that u mean buisness. talk to jim. Share your thouhts and mined with him. Always be opean to tell him stuff or u will never have a hounst relationship. Ask him wahat's on his mind and what do he won't to do. Make shore that u bothe share your intrest. See if u have any thing in commen make shore he is the right one for u. Don't read so fare in your relationship or u will become stuck on all your intintions that may not come true. So don't jump in to things so fast take things as slow as u need it. So that youre relationshio will be kind of perfect. Bbt remeber no relationship is perfect or goes how u won't it to.
