Handling a Crush

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
Hello I am 26 male and work in the Middle East. I am gay (discreet) by nature and I have got this tremendous crush on this guy who is my collegue. I monitor all his moves, who he talks with and am jealous of all whom he talks with, I have even starting to make things worse for my other collegues because they talk with him. This crush has affected my life, work and my physical and mental peace. Please help me as to how do I come out of this crush and treat him like a normal guy. I just wanna come out of it. I will be grate full if you could help me with this problem.

RomanceClass.com Advice
Everybody has at least one crush in their life! It's a normal part of life and usually it's quite fun and enjoyable. Your heart races, you dream about him, you obsess. But after a while you return to normal. It just takes time. Make sure you are giving yourself enough other things to do in life! Do your other hobbies, get out and meet other people. If you have other things in your life that you look forward to and enjoy, you'll find your crush becomes less and less "all-powerful" in your mind.
