If he really does have a problem with my age, then why doesn't he stop calling me

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
I started working with this guy about 7 months ago and right from the start he was always flirting with me and saying how sexy I was. He tends to be flirty in general with everyone but I still felt like he liked me a little more than he was letting on. He asked me out frequently but I always blew him off because I thought he was joking. Finally about a month and a half ago I agreed to go to a movie with him. We had a really great time, he held my hand and was very touchy. After that date he started calling me almost every day and we went out a couple more times after that. He has spent the night at my house three times, although all we did is some intense kissing. He says that I he likes me but I am too young. I am 20 and he is 35. I don't understand this because we get along great and otherwise make a great couple. I don't have a problem with the age thing but he says he does. I don't know if he is just making an excuse because he is afraid of commitment or what. If he really does have a problem with my age, then why doesn't he stop calling me and asking me out? Am I just being used here or what? Please help.

RomanceClass.com Advice
Ask him why he keeps calling you and asking you out if he has a problem with your age.

The age difference isn't so great that it should be a problem for most people... maybe he has had trouble in the past.

Hope he is willing to share his point of view with you.

Good luck!
George
