No, I don't think he wants to marry you, I think that he's young and feeling that in love crazy feeling too. The only way to find out for sure is to continue seeing each other and see how long it lasts.
I think you need to confront him on why all the sneaking around. If he truly loves you then he should be up front and honest with everyone in his life that this is what he wants. If they are good people, they will support your relationship. If not, then you have a decision to make whether you want to be part of something slightly slimy like this.
