I Can't Trust my Girl Because of my Ex
Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old MaleI've been with her for a month and a half.I have not been dating for about 3 years. My previous ex was a psycho. I got cheated few times, and the best part someone told me that i'm the third boyfried in a row and that sucks. brokedown coz i loved her so much. I nearly to commit suicide becoz i thought i was the end of the world for me. I managed to get advise and help from my friends and finally we broke off.
because of that , i lost trust. and now, i dont kinda trust her although she's telling the truth. It's not fair for her. i hate myself of having these feelings. she is not like my ex.it's just me having this insecure of getting hurt again. i do not know how to not being so jealous and to trust her. i dont wanna lose her becoz i love her so much. is it because of the phobia factor of getting the second time haunts me? and how to not get so jealous because i know its not fair for her.please help me. thanks

You have to work on it every day, to get over your jealousy and self esteem problems and doubt. It's a big risk to trust again - but it is well worth it. Make it your #1 priority to get to that point again.
