Where do I go from here?

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I've been working with this guy now for about a yr and a half. We've been flirting since not long after we met. We have a lot in common and I often feel like he's interested. I really like him, but he's been out of a relationship for a few yrs. and doesnt have things figured out for himself. Everyone at work knows there is something going on. The mgrs. think its cute. Our friends are asking us all the time why we havent asked each other out yet. We've been out a couple of times. Once he kindly took me to the airport and took me to eat, second he asked me out to eat after work. He paid both times and is always doing the sweetest things. The thing is, i may have accidently given him mixed
signals and vice versa. Now I think he's playing hard to get because he's apparently confused about how i feel so I have been told. But everytime I try to get him alone to tell him, he's tired or already has plans
after work if i ask him what he's doing. I want to tell him everything about how i feel, but im not sure how much is too much or how to go about it because he's clearly waiting on me now to do something, but somehow not letting me
either. I need help on what to do next if that makes sense.

RomanceClass.com Advice
Write him a letter or tell him on the phone.

Say what you said to me and how you feel about him and see what he says.

It may be a misunderstanding and you will be together soon; or, it may be he's tired of the relationship in which case it is over.

You need to find out.

Good luck! George
