friends with him
If your good friends with him and you laugh alot toghter, but he isnt ready to be girlfriend/boyfriend then ease him into it by laughing and telling him jokes also giggle softly when he is around and is looking at you. he will then want to know why your giggling and u can strike up a convo. batt your eyes a few times and DONT do that spin and walk away thing at the end, it turns guys off. trust me.
