stop saying your love him
if you're on an on and off relationship dont keep telling him you love him. that will only tell him that he can break your heart again. dont send him little notes, or poems saying that he still means the world to you. tell him its over and dont fall for his same old trick. no guy is worth breaking your heart. dont leave an option. just ignore him after its over. he has to feel the pain too.
