Be Fair
When you first meet a girl or start talking to her, treat her as if she were just another ugly girl. This works especially if she's good looking, because girls want attention, and when they don't get it they have to act. If you act normally, she'll send you some sort of a signal for you to pick on. Once, you get a little, take a lot and the game is on. Just remember to stay cool, calm and collected, and don't talk to much. Follow that and you're in.
