Drink in Moderation

On one hand, people who drink a glass of red wine a day are shown by researchers to be far healthier than people who donīt drink at all. On the other hand, relationship researchers have found that overdrinking by one of both partners is a key destroyer of relationships.

The important thing is to drink in moderation. Drink that glass of wine with dinner, to enjoy the cancer-fighting, alzheimers-fighting, and other health benefits the wine brings. But donīt go out drinking for hours. Studies have shown that overdrinking is a prime reason that couples break up.
