Forgive, Forget and Move On
Life is too short, you HAVE to value yourself worth. Jealousy, Lust and Frustration are all from the heart when we are not tamed by the eyes and out for selfish desires. Our heart is treacherous which is brought out in book of Jeremiah.
We have to remember that it takes two and if you are the one causing the hurt or been hurt that either way low self esteem is an issue.
