Neck. Hand. Waist:
from my knowledge I think us girls like being touched on the waist because it shows us that the guy isnt afraid of getting close. On the neck because it feels good and its an intimate spot that isnt NC-17 when done in public. And Hands because most of us like to compare the size of our hands to a guys (and usually when we do that it means we like you) and because we like holding a guys hand.
