I have a vial of 'stress relief' by Cleopatra - a blend of lavender and other aromas. I breathe that in and it helps to calm me.

I'm surprised this vial has lasted this long. It's still here on my desk and quite helpful!

I love lavender, it really relaxes me a lot. But the most I feel relaxed when I am walking in a park or a forest, I love smell of nature there
