She ask me MANY times did wanna date with her or love her, but i refuse and say no, and she never mad for this and once again says did wanna date or love her, i asked her parrents about this, and says its nothing wrong, my best friend calls her Fangirl or Blinded Otaku.

You seem to think that there is something wrong with her, though. Why is this?

Perhaps she is just teasing you, or being friendly ~ or perhaps she would like to date you and keeps hoping that you will change your mind??
