Do you recommend a good, serious forum for adults. I noticed this forums is for teenagers mostly and I'm 40 years old.

Hmm.. while I can't recommend other forums, I would disagree that this is a forum for teenagers. Yes, they are certainly present and contribute, but some of our most active members are indeed over 40.
