Evening meditation time. I'm working in my office and Felix and Zuzu are curled up together in their tower. People keep saying as the grow up that they'll stop snuggling but they are over six months and still love each other dearly :). #namaste

Evening meditation time. I finished revisions on my book, submitted to an art show, and made progress on a number of to-do items. Plus I had time to pet the kitties :). Every day presents opportunities for joy and progress. #namaste

Evening meditation time. A friend of mine's great-uncle died in the Civil War. I video-recorded her telling his story, preserving both a sense of him and of her. So grateful I had this opportunity. Every life is precious and should be remembered. #namaste

Evening meditation time. So much that we agonize over does not matter in the long run. Let it go. Focus on what truly brings you peace and contentment. We are made of stardust and will return back to it far too quickly. #namaste

Daily meditation time. Working on websites can involve long hours but sometimes there are moments of calm while a task is churning. Take advantage of those moments. close your eyes. Breathe.
